Federal 609 generates custom legal dispute letters using information you provide. The moment your letters are generated, the service is complete. All sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason once document generation has occurred.
1. What You Are Purchasing
When you purchase a plan on Federal 609, you are purchasing a one-time document generation service performed immediately at the moment of purchase. There is no ongoing subscription. The deliverable is a set of digital documents generated from your inputs.
2. No Refunds — All Sales Final
Federal 609 does not issue refunds once document generation has occurred. This includes: incorrect information entered, changing your mind, purchasing the wrong plan, or technical issues opening the document on your device.
3. Your Responsibility to Verify Inputs
The application includes an explicit verification step where you confirm all information is accurate. By proceeding to payment, you confirm all inputs are correct and acknowledge that all sales are final.
4. Technical Issues
If a verified technical failure on our end prevented document delivery, we will regenerate and redeliver your documents at no additional charge. We do not issue monetary refunds for technical issues.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a completed transaction is a violation of these terms. Chargebacks will be contested with documentation including your verification acknowledgment and transaction record.
