3. Information Used for Requested Features

The browser holds dispute details for ordinary letter generation. When you request email delivery, the address, requested document, and the name or creditor details included in it are transmitted to deliver that email. Checkout and subscription records are used to confirm purchases and access. Verify AI accepts no new questions; historical questions and related service records may remain. We do not sell personal information.

4. Information We Do Collect

4.1 Payment Information: Checkout, purchase, and subscription records are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are handled by Stripe.

4.2 Email Address and Requested Letter: When you request email delivery, your email address, requested document, and included name or creditor details are sent through the API server and Resend. Resend may retain records under its own policy.

4.3 Usage Data: Verify AI is disabled and accepts no new questions. Earlier questions may have been sent to AI and legislative-source providers, and historical service records may remain. Google Analytics receives website usage events.

Federal 609 does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies as part of its payment processing flow.
